What is shaping our post-covid world?

FREDAG 28. OKTOBER 2022 KL 20.00
FESTSALEN, GAFFEL & KARAFFEL
(ENGLISH)

Technological change and innovation are reshaping economic geography in the post-Covid world, raising profound challenges for our societies. Leaders in innovation are becoming powerful economic and political players, while those lagging behind struggle to keep up in terms of economic development and policy influence. However, technological change and innovation are also at the root of profound economic and societal divisions that are tearing our societies apart. How can we maximize the benefits of technological change and innovation while, simultaneously, reducing their potential ‘dark-side’?

In this Friday night talk we ask two simple, yet complex questions:

What are the forces shaping the world today? And what happens next?
